Instructions for Candidates,

1. Applicants are instructed to review the NIMHANS Prospectus 2025-26 and Admission Notification for the Academic Year 2025-26 available in NIMHANS website before filling the application form.
2. Kindly check the eligibility criteria for the courses you are applying for before submitting the application.
3. Candidature in case of erroneous course / options selected in the portal by the applicant will not be considered.
4. Mere submission of application does not guarantee admission at NIMHANS.
5. Candidates applying under External Fellowship / Sponsored / Deputed / NIMHANS Project category shall attach relevant documents in support of the same.
6. Cut-off date for calculation of age shall be - 01.07.2025
7. Mandatory Fields will be suffixed with * (Asterisk) on the Application Form
8. Documents to be uploaded shall be in PDF format only and Photo and Signature of the candidate shall be in jpg / jpeg/ png format only.
9. Kindly go-through the data entered at each stage as it cannot be edited after final payment.
10. NIMHANS will not take any responsibility in the event of non-payment or failure in submission of application on time.
11. Any false data submitted by a candidate shall lead to legal action.
12. Entrance exams for all notified courses will be held at Bengaluru only.
